Microsoft Outlook (2000) has experienced a prolem and needs to close

After using Outlook for a few years,since May2000 I am having problems with Microsoft Outlook-I contacted my ISP provider they had problems with Outlook, apparently now resolved but still receive
error codes 0x800ccc19, 0x800ccc15

ALSO
AFTER I CLOSE OUTLOOK
I see the message Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close etc!

Needles to say I tried it but of course could not find the appropriate "bit" to rename ITS NOT there!
SO here is the detail summary of my problem

HELP!
