I get multiple copies of messages when using rules in Outlook 07

When I create rules for messages I get one copy of each message for ever rule
that is applied to it. For example, if I say "from Joe" send to Joe folder I
get 1 plus a copy. If I say "from Joe and to Phil (instead of me)" then I
get 1 plus 2 copies. I use Norton 360, Outlook 2007, and Vista 32bit OS.
And have 6 email accounts I manage from here for my offices.

Try editing each rule and adding "Stop processing more rules" at the end....

Actually, it's not at the end:

'Stop processing more rules' is near the bottom of 'Step 1: Select
action(s)' i.e. the same list that has 'move it to the specified folder'
