I E 7 blue bar

I have been having this problem for at least 4 months. Either when I cold
boot or reboot my Windows XP Pro SP2 pc about 95% of the time when I open I E
7 I get a blue bar (line) under the explorer bar. This bar while not thick
runs the width of the browser just above the active web page. My notebook has
the same OS etc. and never has the bar showed up on it. My neighbor has a
year old notebook and has encountered the same blue bar. Sometimes after a
full shutdown and reboot it is no longer there. Sometimes it has taken as
many as 6 full shutdowns or reboots to get the line to go away. Does anyone
have any ideas? Both pc's have all the latest Windows Updates. Any help is
greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for asking an already answered question. I Went through page after
page of posts and never saw a post similar to mine. If you know the date of
the post I'm sure I can find it more easily. Thanks for the reply, I'm going
to try to find the answere you say is here again.

I was able to find an answer at microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
that sort of explained things. I should have gone there in the first place to
search for the answer before submitting my post here. Sorry PA Bear, I'm
pretty new to this way of finding solutions.
