I.E.6.0.2800

Please help! My I.E.6.0 is recently taking a long time to
load & load pages. I click to open & wait for about a
minute to load the page. It also happens when navigating
between sites. It used to work much faster. I have cleaned
out the temporary files, scanned for spyware & scanned for
viruses & found nothing. My outlook express works fine.
What is happening???
Any assistance regarding this problem is greatly
appreciated.
