I can't send emails !

My email has been working properly until today. I can receive emails but
can't send emails which is rather frustrating!

I am getting this error message:-

Subject '', Account: 'POP.tools.sky.com(1)', Server: 'smtp.tools.sky.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 PIPELINING', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Can anyone please help?!

Did you change the account properties to use a secure setting? For some
reason, WinMail seems to be saying that the server does not support a secure
connection.

I haven't changed anything. My laptop was playing up and someone had a look
at it, maybe he hsa done something and not told me.

The setting is at tools>accounts>select your account>properties>advanced
tab.

Change the outgoing port number to 465 with SSL selected

Wrong port number and SSL option.
Those changes are made here: Tools, Accounts, select that account,
Properties, Advanced.
