Failure to send mail

I just installed my Windows Mail. Although I can receive messages normally, I
can't send any messages. When I try I get the error message below. What
should I do to get rid of this problem?

Subject 'Re: testino', Account: 'pop.gmail.com', Server: 'smtp.gmail.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 PIPELINING', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D
