I recently set up my personal email on outlook express 2002. I can view all
emails that come through though, but I can't send emails through outlook
express 2002. A new screen pops up and says:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'panaband', Server:
'pop.panaband.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have verified at least 4 times that I have all the settings correct in the
"Accounts" section. Any suggestions.

There's no such thing as "Outlook Express 2002". Are you using Outlook, or
Outlook Express?
