I cannot reduce my pics

I email my pics using XP. Now when I try to send any pic
to my ooutlook, I don't get the option for reducing the
pic.

I had a similar problem before and It was solved by
running a file...Does anybody know how to get back this
option???

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
