I can receive emails but can not send

Using Lookout 2003, ISP is comcast.net. Had not problems, then all of a
sudden, found out through ohters that they were not receiving my emails. Did
the Account, view, test fail. Sent test-email message: the specified server
was found, but there was no response from the server. Please verify that the
port and SSL information is correct. . Went to Advanced tab error message
read: Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F): The conncetion to the server
was interrrupted. Can you help.
