I can not instal KB895658 update for Outlook 2003.Help!!!

I can not instal thise update for Outlook 2003:KB895658.This a new one.I
cannot understend where is problem.I used all help wat possible on
site.Please Help.

I can't install it either. It says that it can't be used!? I have all the
latest service packs and updates.
