Outlook Junk Email Filter fails to install

Installation Failure of Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB895658)
is happening to me over the last two weeks. My PC attempts to update, but
apparently fails each time.

Manual download and installation fails too: I get the following error code:

Error Code: 0x80070643

Who can help me?

I have the same problem. The file downloads fine, but installation fails
each time. To my knowledge, I haven't changed anything or relocated anything
such that this installation wouldn't work properly.

The message is:

"Update were unable to be successfully installed." The Outlook 2003 Junk
E-Mail filter update shows as the program that could not be installed.
