I can not find safely remove hardware botton on the taskbar

I can not find safely remove hardware botton on the taskbar, and I have
tried following step.

Taskbar and Start Menu Properties----> Notifacation
area ---->Customize--->Current Items---->Safetly Remove Hardware--->Behavior
choose (always show).


But nothing changed. who can give me some advice I am very appreciated.
