HXDL.exe error message

I keep getting the following message: "HXDL.exe has
genearted errors and will be closed by windows. You will
need to restart the program. An error log is being
created" I hit OK and continue but it keeps popping up?
Any suggestions? Please note, I am not a computer wiz so
please be specific and simple. Thank you.

This is just another SpyWare program out there. Get a copy of AdWare removal
from lavasoft (www.lavasoft.de) and scan your system.
