Program error

What does HXDL.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by windows you will need to restart the program and error
log is being created, mean? It keeps popping up! is it a
virus? Please help.

Try uninstalling the program, then deleting program folder if any from
Program Files, then removing its registry entries from \Software\ and then
reinstall the program.
