HTML doc not opening

I am attempting to open a link on a website and all I get
is a blank screen with a little white page in the upper
left corner with a red x in it. When I right click and
go to properties it tells me
Protocol: HTTP
Type HTML doc
Connection: not encrypted
address: http://www.autowaretech3.net/swonline/are.php?
brand=americanracing
size: 595 bytes

What can I do to get this page to open?
