Blank Web Pages

When I attempt to open certain web pages, I get the
header of the site and then below is a Blank Box which
only has a smaller box in the upper left corner
containing a red x. What is the problem?

a blank box with a red X inside means it is an image that
is broken, meaning the link to the image works but the
image itself may not exist anymore. Its not the browsers
fault, its the web page =)
