HP scanner 4500c and Windows XP

Install the HP 2.0 software scanner on the administrator
profile.Everythink OK. In other profile the scanner do not
work and I have the message "The computer is unable to
communicate with your imaging device"

This is because your other profile does not have administrative rights. I
think that if when you are in the profile that can't see the device -
reinstall the HP program.
