HP 4730 mfp problem

Hi, got a problem, it is pulling paper from the wrong tray, both for
printing and copying, it keeps using tray 4 (bottom one), trays 2 and
3 are full and correctly configured (I think) but it refuses to use
them ... ideas??? Cheers

Make sure that the "Use Another Tray" setting is enabled. This is in System
Setup, Tray Behaviour submenu. In the same menu make sure that "Use Requested
Tray" is disabled.
Provided all of the trays (2 through 4) have the same paper size and type
settings the printer should now use other trays when tray 4 is empty.
