how to turn off nag box your computer might be at risk

Hello,
Have a few XP SP2 boxes with the autoupdates and virus checking turned
off for good reasons <no really>.

However each of them does display a nag bubble saying Your computer may
be at risk.

How can I turn this off, please?

Center alerts me'.
