How to reset home page address to default setting

Hi!

I have one question regarding the default home page address. Now when I connected to internet the IE will automatically link to home page address that I unwanted. I have reset the home page address with use blank or use default setting in option, however when next time I reconnect the internet the IE still reconnect to the same home page address that I unexpected. How to totally reset the home page address that what I expected
