How to remove the "Comment" text from comments and only keep initi

When writing review comments, the comment ballon usually displays "Comment
[Initials]: my text". I would like to remove the part that says "comment" so
that it only shows my initials "[initials]: my text". Is that possible?

When having many comments clustered closely, it would be nice to remove this
(for me) superfluous text, thereby making more space in the comment for text,
instead of the constantly repeated "comment".

I'm using Word 2007
