How can I remove the "Comment" string from the comment balloons?

In tools -> Options -> track changes, I set "Use Ballons" for "Only for
comments/formatting".

When I insert a comment, the ballons start with "Comment [YP1]". I cannot
remove neither the "Comment" string or the [YP1] user identifier. We don't
need these.

How can i remove these?
