How to remove programs from Start Up

I have been using Win 98 and would type msconfig to
remove programs from starting up when my computer starts.
I can't find msconfig in Windows 2000. How can I remove
some things from starting when windows starts. Thank you

Remove from the registry

hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

Thank you very much for the link to download the program
to allow me to do this. All went well.

Hi, I would not recommend you to delet any reg key unless
you knwo excatly what is going on. But if you would liek
th emsconfig with windows 2000 you can incorperate it into
the windows 2000 shell. Simply go here and download the
msconfig and place in inside the WINNT\system32 folder and
then you can type msconfig and it wil run.
