how to remove icq add-in COMPLETELY from ie6?

after icq installed, i see an icq button on toolbar of ie6
although i can right click toolbar and delete the icq button
i believe icq add-in (or plug-in) has merged with ie6 and slow it down a
bit..

how can i remove icq completely from ie6? or i should ask how to remove
icq's ie plug-in?
