I can't seem to get my form to send an e-mail to me, once I hit the submit
button. It links to my confimation page but I've tried everything to make the
e-mail part work and I really don't know exactly what code to use? I need an
answer soon I've been trying for what seems like an eternity on something
that is probably so simple!

Does the live/remote server have the FP extensions?
If yes, did you publish the site to the server via FP's File Menu | Publish Web / Site via http?
Are you using the FP form handler?
Have you contacted your web host?

Have you had your host set up the forms to email transport in the FP server
extensions for you?

Are you using the fp form handler? Your host needs to support frontpage
extensions, specifically the email transport component....in Frontpage, all
you do is right click the form, go to form properties, choose "Send to Email
Address" and insert your email (which must 'belong' to the domain on which
you're hosting the site).
i.e. if you host with Angelfire.com then your email address must be like
(e-mail address removed) or whatever.
