Confirmation page problems

On my website witnesssong.com clicking on the submit form to pay for
downloaded files goes to the default confirmation page instead of the one i
have created. I thought I did al the steps correctly.
Oddly, on the default confirmation page, if I hit the "return to form"
button, it goes to my confirmation page.
Ant thoughts?

could you give me the specific URL for the failing form, and what the
specific URL of the confirmation it _won't_ go to is?
I'm sure there's an easy solution.

1) Remove all spaces from all file and folder names
2) The only form I found was at
http://witnesssong.com/Primary Pages/contact_us_.htm
and that form has no custom confirmation page set in:
