How to make DOS boot disk for windows 2000

I supect i may have the W32.FunLove.4099 virus. I was
directed to the Symantec site were a tool is available for
downloading,but i need a dos boot disk first. My system is
fat32. If anyone has an suggestions for getting rid of
this virus or to make a boot disk i'd appreciate any help
