Boot Disk for F-PROT DOS

I would like to know how to create a boot disk for my PC
which will load and execute F-Prot DOS Virus Checker,
install the virus definitions and scan my drives for
viruses. A total of 4 Diskettes are required to store the
F-prot software and the virus definitions

I have been plagued with PC Viruses and some have disabled
Norton Anti-Virus. I would like to check my harddrives in
DOS before loading Windows 2000.

I would really appreciate some help with the development
of the code for the boot disks.
