how to keep emails on server and outlook

Hi, I have been using outlook (for the first time!!) on my office 2007 trail.
Now the trail has expired and I need to get all my emails back in to my
bigpond account. How do I do this????Thankyou for your help.

If you mean how do you put the email's that were downloaded in Outlook, back
on the server you cannot
However if you use outlook express, or windows mail, you can import the msgs
with these
