how do I set up my outlook so that a copy goes to my server

I have recently changed my email address and gone from Outlook express 2000
to Outlook 2007. However, I am unable to access my emails from another
computer on my Bigpond webmail. What do I do so that copies of my emails go
to my webmail address at the same time? There must be a box that I have not
ticked somewhere in Outlook. Many thanks for an answer to my dilemma.

There never has been a version 2000 of Outlook EXPRESS.

Is Bigpond also the e-mail account you have configured in Outlook to
yank your e-mails? If so, which e-mail protocol? POP3 or IMAP4?

If Bigpond is the same provider as the account you defined in Outlook,
then for POP3 you will need to enable the "leave messages on server"
option in Outlook. POP3, by default, will delete messages from the
server once they have been successfully retrieved to the local e-mail
client. So you will have to change from the default to leaving the
messages up on the server.

For IMAP4, the messages shown in Outlook are still up on the server.
What you see in Outlook is a synchronized copy of what remains in your
mailbox up on the server.
There must be a box that I have not ticked somewhere in Outlook.

Depends on the account type defined in Outlook.
