How to inlcude SENT messages in Inbox View in Outlook 2007

I'd like to see all messages that I have sent as well as received in the same
View, preferrably my Inbox view.

I've tried using the Customize Current view feature and the Automatic
Formatting rules. I setup a Rule / Filter to use different fonts for "Sent"
messages (any messages with my own email address in the From field). But,
the only Sent msgs that show up at all are those in which I am also one of
the recipients (sent to group that included my email address, etc.). It
appears that it's not pulling messages from any folders other than my Inbox.

In other Mail tools, I've been able see both in the same view, with Sent
messages noted by a different icon.

Is there a way to have a single view of messages that includes those from my
inbox and Sent folders?

I'm using Outlook 2007, Windows XP Professional, SP3.
Thanks for any help.

A physical folder can only show its content. For your needs a Search folder
would be the way to go.
