How to import address book and calander from outlook to outlook?

I am using an internal hardrive from my pc as an external hardrive for my
laptop.

Now that I am using my laptop I need to know how to import all of my
infomation from outlook on the drive that was in my pc that is now being used
as the external drive for my laptop.

I didn't export any of the information before I removed the drive from my pc.

I'm really hoping there is a way to recover all of the information. Any
help is very appreciated.

Search the drive for *.pst files.
Open them in Outlook
File - Open - Outlook Data File

Copy the info or if you want to keep using the external drive as the mail
store make it the default.
Tools - Email Accounts - View or CHange - Next - Change the "Deliver new
email to.." to reflect the PST you want mail to be delivered to.

Thanks so much for the help. Unfortunately I am unable to locate the file
that contained all of the address contact information. I'm not so much
worried about the importing the emails but rather making sure that I can
retreive all the contact info that I had in outlook.

Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place? Any other suggestions?

They could also be in a Personal Address book, thats a .pab file
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ is the standard location
