Moving Outlook 2003 Pro emails, calander, contacts

I have been using my laptop for all of my outlook calander, contact and email
management for about 9 months now as my PC was not hooked up due to a move.
Prior to the move, I used my PC for all my outlook management, so I have some
emails, contacts and calander entries on my PC and some on my Laptop and I
want to transfer all of my emails, contacts and calander entries from my
Laptop to my PC only. How do I accomplish this?

Thanks

Locate the .PST file on your laptop, you can use the method described in the
articles Oliver suggested. Copy it to the desktop computer.

On the desktop, launch Outlook and select File | Open | Outlook Data File...
and navigate to the copied .PST file.

Your email, contacts and calendar should now be available in your desktop
Outlook. I would move your contacts, etc. as desired into your main
mailbox. Eventually you won't have to open the laptop .PST file any longer.

Hope that helps,
Linn

Thanks Linn,

I failed to mention that my PC that I wish to move my calancer, contacts,
emails to has years of information in these fields that I need as well as
rules. My lap top has 9 months of information also calancer, contacts,
emails in these fields that I need as well as rules to not be corupted when I
combine the LapTop pst with the PC pst.

Thanks for your help.
