when outlook starts up, how do i display calandar next to emails

I have Outlook 2007 - it was set up so that when outlook turned on i could
see both my inbox and my calandar was to the right of my inbox and i thonk
Tasks were below the Calander. Thats disappeared somehow - does anyone know
how to switch it back on so calander appears adjacent to emails?
