how to have semi-transparent DRAFT in watermark style in PPT

I desperately need to have a DRAFT watermark in powerpoint in some fashion
similar to the semi-transparent watermark feature in Word. I have people
that grab presentations that are not complete and then get upset when they
use them. I solved the issue in word with the watermark marked DRAFT. This
way they cannot use the document. I don't see any reasonable alternative in
PowerPoint that is not overly intrusive into the meat of the content.

Mccafferty,
Go to View - Master - Slide Master and add a WordArt textbox with the word
draft in it. Now change the rotation, click on the format WordArt button in
the WordArt toolbar, colors and lines tab, choose an appropriate color,
light grey for instance, apply a no line border
to it. Use the transparency slider to adjust to what you want. Is that what
you want?
