How to get KB Q324024 hotfix?

I have a company laptop running WinXP that experiences
the problem described in Microsoft KB article Q324024 in
my home wireless network environment. I'm unable to
install SP2 until corporate approval, so would like to
get the hotfix available as described in the article.

How can I get this hotfix ASAP from MS... without paying
a support fee?

Contact Microsoft Product Support Services. Tell them that you have
the problem described in KB article 324024 and ask them to waive the
support fee, as described in the article.

Don't ask for help with any other issue.
