Tsasha,

I don't have an answer, but I can offer a BUMP to this topic. I've been all
over the Internet looking for information on this error message. It seems
that a number of people are getting it since Septemberish time frame
(coinsides with some hotfix/sp release?) I've noticed that everywhere I go
looking for an answer... nobody has a solution. For all of us, I hope
someone figures this out.

Aloha,

Eric B.

Eric,

I think your right I also did find something on the internet today which has
a fix but I din't have it here. I will let you know tomorrow.

One of the causes of this is if you reinstall office. Try this as a test
uninstall office. Restart pc. Then run from the office disc
"FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE10OFFCLN.EXE"
Reboot and then re install.

I'm on holiday for a few days now so will have to send you the article I
found on Friday.

Let me know how this works..

My Solution

I had this same issue (Outlook 2007 Standard) and it took me a while to figure out how to solve it but heres what I did:

Removed the culprit dll file c:\program files\microsoft office\office12\mspst32.dll
Reboot
Downloaded and installed (or reinstalled) MS Office SP2
Reboot

This appears to have resolved the problem.
