Outlook 2000 crashes on startup

When I try to start Outlook 2000 it crashes Event ID 1000 and 1001:

Anyone help me to fix please?

I have repaired Office, restrted the computer, run Norton System Works to
repair registry and I still cannot start Outlook.

Hi all Again

I am still trying to fix and have repaired all system files, I have
reinstalled Office, I have repaired office. I have tried system restore but
get message "unable to restore to ...." and therefore was not able to restore
to an earlier date.

What do I do????? - this Outlook error has never happened before - only
today when I started up my computer.

Just to let everyone know - it's fixed thanks to:
http://www.sparnaaij.net/faq/outlookdoesntstart.htm
I renamed outcmd.dat to .old and restarted Outlook.
