How to Fix Email Formatting When Forwarding or Replying

I'm using Outlook 2007 Beta and noticed a change to the settings since
yesterday and cannot figure out how to fix this.

I set up my stationary to have "no theme currently selected," configured my
fonts styles for all three settings, and selected "pick new color when
replying or forwarding." I also configured all my signatures to use a
specific font "Calibri (Body)" and automatic color and set the default
signatures for new messages and replies/forwards.

Yesterday, there were no troubles with formatting, new messages formatted
the body and signatures correctly, replies/forwards formatted correctly.
Today, only new messages are correctly formatting the body and signatures;
forwards/replies changes the body to Times New Roman, or formats the
signature with Arial, or adds extra line breaks, or formats the signature
with Arial, but the last line Times Roman. It just doesn't make sense. How
do I revert Outlook back to the previous settings?

P.S. I installed IE 7 Beta 3 since yesterday.

I managed to "fix" this myself. I went into the Signatures folder under
Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Microsoft\ and edited each of
the HTML files in Notepad to strip out all the formatting, return to Outlook
options to reformat the signatures with the desired fonts, etc, and now I
don't have any problems with the formatting of my signatures or emails. Go
figure.
