How to fine tune features within XP Pro.

Using Outlook Express 6.x within XP Pro SP2 is different than within 2000.
Since OE is supposed to be the same version, I'm guessing that my issues lie
with XP enhancements to the program.

1) Whenever I right-click a picture file, and use the send to mail option, a
pop-up appears offering to resize the picture. How can I turn this pop-up off?

2) Whenever an attachment is made this way to an email, OE doesn't add my
sig file to the email. Instead it inserts some text about virus info. How can
this be disabled?

3) Having attached the photo, and clicked to send the email, (using dial-up)
while the email is being sent, OE is frozen, preventing me from starting
another email. Is this something that can be corrected?

I appreciate all feedback.

richie,

For 1:

Disable "Send pictures via E-mail" wizard while using "E-mail this file link" in Common Tasks pane:
