How to disable Internet Options in IE and Control Panel in win2k?

Hi,
I would like to know is there any way to disable the Internet Options which
in IE and Control Panel in Win2K? I need to prevent from some unauthorised
user to alter the settings inside.

Yes, you can use Group Policy - eg.: User Configuration/Administrative
Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer/Internet Control Panel
