How to disable dialer pop up window in Outlook 2007

When I am entering new contact information a pop up window asking for Dialing
Property appears. The region/country drop down manu is Blank!!! So I cannot
enter anything into that field. The pop up window does not disabppear
because the region/country field is blank !!! The only way to remove that pop
up window is cntrl+alt+del and that also closes Outlook. Can't enter new
contact in Outlook anymore??

Set your dialing properties in Control Panel->Modem Options.
