How to create Mouse Over Menu?

Hi

I need some advise as to how to create a Mouse Over Menu in Frontpage
2000? Can it be done in FP2000. What should I use? Javascript or Flash
or CSS?

Does FP2003 have such a function built-in for Mouse Over Menu?

Any advise would be very much appreciated! Thanks so much!

You can use DHTML to accomplish this in many cases. I use FP2002 so I am
unsure if this is part of FP2000 or not.
