How to Correct a word documents movement while scrolling up or dow

Hi,

Whenever I scroll up or down a word document it moves like a "wave in the
water" making it diffcult to read.

How can we make these "wavy movement" back to normal?

Not sure if you can, I think this would be a video card issue with the
refresh rate
and it only happens when using word??
