How to change local web site location?

Front Page 2003 - when I go to publish and type in my remote web site
location, the following message comes up..." The local and remote webs cannot
be the same location. Please enter a unique location". I already know the
remote location is correctly entered, so how do I change the local web
location?

The local site is the site you currently have open in FP
- the remote site must be someplace else
