local website is the same as the remote website

When I go to the Remote Web Site Properties box and click on Remote Web Site
Location, it says the local and remote webs cannot be the same location. How
can I change the local site, since I know the remote is correct. I just got a
new computer, so I must have done something wrong when I installed FrontPage
2003 on the new sysytem and tried to download the stuff from the remote site
to my new computer. On my old system, my local website came up under:
C:\DOCUMENTS&SETTINGS\SCOTT|MYDOCUMENTS|MYWEBS.

The current site opened is always the Local site
- whether it is a server based site like: http://www.yoursite.com/
- or a disc based site like C:\DOCUMENTS and SETTINGS\SCOTT\MY DOCUMENTS\MY WEBS

The Remote site must be some other site location than the one you currently have open
