How to change local 'Domain' profile with new pw before connecting

I have two home machines that connect to the office. My office has a Domain
lockout policy enabled after three bad pw attempts and enforces pw changes
every 3 months. When I try to connect to my office from my home machine
after having changed my Domain pw from a connnected machine I get locked out
because on the home machine I have to use the old pw to logon before I can
make the connection to the office Domain. Once connected, the Domain locks
me out since I'm using my old pw.

Is there a place/way I can change the old pw locally after having logged on
disconnected from the Network before making the connection to the office?

Thank you for your attention.

I assume you are logging onto the domain via VPN? If so, next time you logon
to the VPN with correct credentials, immediately lock and then unlock your
computer using the "new" password. Use control-alternate-delete to lock the
computer. --- Steve
