How does one convert a document rorm upper case to both

How does one convert a document (word 2003) that is in all upper case to one
that uses both upper and lower case fonts?

Format | Change Case. Probably "Sentence case" is the selection you'll want,
but you'll still have to go through and carefully capitalize proper nouns
and adjectives.
