Replace words written in upper case for words in lower case

I have a document written entirely in upper case. Does anyone know how to use
a find replace feature to replace all but the first words in the sentence,
and proper nouns, with lower case?

Select all (Ctrl+A), then click Format > Change Case and choose Sentence
Case. (Or, after selecting, press Shift+F3 twice.)

Proofread carefully! Word doesn't know that there can be periods in the
middle of a sentence (in abbreviations), and it doesn't know that names and
other proper nouns should be capitalized.
