How do you view subfolders?

When I open the Offline Folders folder, all items are listed by file name
only. Is there any way to view the folders and subfolders as well (and
navigate to the file through them)?

Having items listed individually can be cumbersome if there are a lot of
files made available offline, and especially if some files in different
folders have the same name.

Don't open the offline file cache directly. The files aren't meant to be
accessed that way.

Instead, access them via Windows Explorer, using the path/mapped drive which
you selected to "make available offline"
